Establishment
of Hatzola
Hatzola
was set up over thirty years ago, and is now an organization needing
little introduction. It has evolved rapidly in last few decades into a
household name known world over. Countless lives have been saved thanks
to our dedicated teams expertise and endless dedication.
Essential Service
During the years that Hatzola has
been operating in our area, it has proven beyond all doubt its
necessity as an essential service for the community. Hatzola is
a purely voluntary organization thatoffers emergency medical aid to all
traumas large or small where quick response times are often critical,
and can make the difference between life and death.
Full time time
Dedication
Hatzola
operates
with its dedicated team of dispatchers and volunteers that are ready to
respond to any potential life threatening situation 24 hours a day 7
days a week Throughout the year
including Shaboss and Yom Tov.
The Team
The
team is equipped with a full range of emergency medical equipment.
Needless to say all members have been vetted for trustworthiness and
discretion. All volunteers have undergone a series of intensive
training courses ensuring they are competent to deal with a wide range
of emergency situations. Their training is an ongoing process with all
of the members continually striving to raise their standards and
enhance their knowledge and professionalism. The minimum acceptable
standard for Hatzola membership
is Emergency Medical Technician ( EMT
) .
Co-operation With
Emergency Services
In addition,
Hatzola
enjoys constant and direct support from the local emergency
organizations such as the Ambulance Services, Hospitals, Police and
Fire Brigade, all of whom hold Hatzola
in high esteem.

Hatzola
operates in accordance with
halacha and has full approval
and direction from the local Rabbinate.
